Has anyone tried to apply this theory in the field of sexual health promotion?

Not as far as I am aware. Obviously it should be relevant, particularly given the importance of 'the moment' in sexual acts and the conflict that can occur between what we think we should do (evaluations) and what we want or need to do (motives)
