| How motivating is money for older workers? | | 17/02/2012 |

| There is a lot of excellent research on motivation in the workplace. From PRIME Theory its the function relating its motivational strength to the amount of money gained will depend on a number of factors, including identity and expectation. It will also be important to recognise that financial incentives tend to displace personal and moral incentives and that they need to be policed.
